How to Build Cube Shelving?

Cube shelving are actually fun to build. Cubed shelves normally don't have a backing and are designed to sit on the wall for decorations or whatever you want to put on them.
1 I will tell you step by step how to build a cubed racking that is 4" by 4" all the way around. The first step to do is to cut 10 pieces of these cuts the exact measurement each. Sand the edges, add paint or lacquer or stain if you choose. I painted my white which seemed to look pretty cool. Use a glossy white paint if you choose this.
2 Once all of your pieces are cut you want to nail with 1 inch nails the pieces together side by side making a box out of them with no front or back. Continue to do this with ten pieces of wood's and you will have a cubed shelve with 3 openings.
3 Once this is completed mounting to the wall can be done by either hooks or small nails. You can also purchase adhesive to set to the wall and the set your hooks or nails. Its an easy project and looks cool. great for putting keys, wallets or whatever you like.
