Solar Glass as New Building Material

Today technology is changing very fast. With the development of technology there are many side effects of this. The environment is polluting day by day. So I am going to introduce you a new way to save our environment. Generally we see that there are problems of electricity. You can generate your own electricity by investing a small portion of your investment.
Today you can generate your electricity at own. It looks amazing but it is really very easy. You can use now solar glass as new energy solution for your electricity. It is now available in India. You can use solar glass as new building material. Building integrated solar photovoltaic solar electric glazing is being used by architects and builders here as an innovative and green energy solution.
Glass has come now a long way from a building product that only provided a view and kept out the weather. Glass products are now available as active elements that contribute to a building's energy and environmental concerns. BIVP electric glazing works by adopting a technology called photovoltaic. A semiconductor silently converts sun lights into electricity with no moving parts, no depletion, no waste or emission and no fuel, is required beyond free sunlight falling on it. For this you will only require sun light only which is in abundant. This technology is already being used in US, Japan and Europe. This technology is forwarding its step in India also.
This technology is very reasonable as this replace conventional construction material like glass, granite, marble etc. By this you can reduce your cost also. BIVP is building integrated technology for integration of energy needs. It generates electricity from the sun. This energy can be saved and used for further needs of the building. So this will be act as future generator of electricity. There are three types of products available that suits to the different needs and budgets.
This is among the best environment friendly innovation. This will help in maintaining our future green. This is also good from the point view of your investment. You once invest in it you will continuously get energy till 20 plus years without making any further investment in it. This is a highly innovative, environment friendly and clean product.

    Types of Glass Solar Panels

Solar panels come in many forms and are made from multiple components. The glass components of solar collectors vary in form and function. These factors depend on the panel's intended use, whether it is for heating or photovoltaic solar power. In addition to conventional flat glass solar panels, panels can be made from glass tubes and transparent, window-like glass panels that connect to multiple small solar cells.
    Silicate Glass and Silicon Nitride
Silicate glass is useful in the construction of solar panels because it does not reflect solar rays. When placed over silicon nitride, the glass absorbs and traps solar energy in a process similar to the greenhouse effect, maximizing the energy that acts on the silicon nitride panels. Glass is used in this manner to construct what are traditionally thought of as solar panels, which are large arrays of smaller solar collectors with visible metallic surfaces.
    Solar Concentrators
A solar concentrator, or solar panel glass, is a type of solar glass pane developed at MIT that boasts an increased efficiency over traditional solar panels of up to 100 percent. This glass is infused with special dyes that absorb light, which is then pushed to the edges of the pane and harnessed by small solar cells there. Solar panel glass is currently used most often in office buildings and other structures with large numbers of windows, where the glass and collectors can be installed to utilize the surfaces of the building as vast solar arrays.
    Evacuated Solar Tubes
Evacuated solar tubes differ from other types of solar panels primarily in their shape. Glass cylinders are used instead of flat panels to provide a full 360-degree angle of exposure to sunlight. These long tubes are placed parallel to each other in a long series, creating a plane of evenly spaced cylinders. This plane can then be mounted in an area of optimal exposure to sunlight. The solar tubes are connected at their tips to additional components that transfer heated fluids (such as water) from the tubes to the heating system of a building.
